Bulk Bag Dischargers, also referred to as Super–SACK bag un-loaders, SSBI un-loaders , are offered in various configurations, the  most popular of which is designed with cantilevered I-beam, electric hoist and trolley for loading and unloading of bulk bags without the use of a forklift. overhead crane, continuous loss-of-weight dischargers for uninterrupted feeding directly from bulk bags, and other designs satisfying highly specialized requirements.

An optional surge hopper provides the ease of manual blending if process requires it. Easy to use Iris valve and spout entry is standard on these units. These units can be configured to  support either a flexible screw auger and/or pneumatic convey transfer system to its final destination.

Blending: Engineered Food Systems  can integrate  a multitude of existing Super-SACK system in series or in parallel to provide blending of multiple products.
